This suspension system will also work for some 1967-1972 GMC C15 trucks, but only if it had the factory optional truck arm and coil spring rear suspension. This suspension system does not fit trucks with leaf spring rear suspension since the frame is different. Detroit Speed coil springs lower your truck by 5.5-inches while improving the ride quality and handling. Lowering shocks and relocation improve the shocks' ability to control the rear axle. The unique frame notch bracket provides the necessary clearance when lowering your truck and improves chassis rigidity.
