These replacement safety chain hanger hooks are designed for CURT SecureLatch pintle hitches. They fit SecureLatch pintles 48405, 48406, 48407, 48410, 48411, 48415, 48505, 48515 and 45806. The hooks save your trailer chains from scraping and dragging on the ground when connected to the vehicle. NOTE: Hangers are meant to serve as an intermediate connection only. Always connect your safety chains to proper safety chain loops on the vehicle.
