Chevrolet Supermatic 4L80E. This is a four-speed automatic transmission. This comes standard with an automatic valve body. A standalone transmission controller is required to control the transmission unless it is going into a factory application. For more efficient 800 HP builds, see the 4l80E 4x4 Level 3, or for 1200 HP max power, view the 4l80E 4x4 Level 5.
