You might remember that we recently installed this same bar on Scott’s 2018 Expedition. This time, his 2013 Ford F-150 needed an upgrade. The old Vision X bar he had just wasn’t delivering the light output he needed anymore.
🔧 What We Did:
• Swapped out the aging Vision X bar for a BrightSource 72202 — a massive upgrade in both brightness and beam quality
• Re-used the existing bracket but welded additional supports to handle the larger, more powerful light bar
• Removed his old Vision X wiring and installed a custom-built harness tailored to his current setup
• Every harness we build is soldered, heat-shrunk, and sealed with adhesive-lined heat shrink for maximum weather protection
• And just like all JB’s custom harnesses — it’s guaranteed for life
