Bilstein supplies air suspension to vehicle manufacturers, and these replacements are built from 100% new parts to meet, and typically exceed, the original standard. They plug directly into the vehicle's original connectors for a modification-free installation that restores the factory ride and function.

Part number 44-400200 is the rear right air suspension strut for the Mercedes-Benz S-Class W223. It uses an air spring paired with a monotube damper.
