Bilstein B4 OE Replacement (Air) units replace worn air suspension struts and shocks on many European vehicles. Bilstein supplies air suspension to vehicle manufacturers, and these replacements are built from 100% new parts to meet, and typically exceed, the original standard. They plug directly into the vehicle's original connectors for a modification-free installation that restores the factory ride and function.

Part number 45-317507 is the rear left air suspension strut for the Volkswagen Touareg and Porsche Cayenne. It uses an air spring paired with a twin-tube damper.
