A major component of that cooling capacity can be found in the 12-volt high capacity 6-amp fan that pulls 285 CFM of air through the all-aluminum cooler. The cooler’s proprietary fin louver design provides maximum surface area while minimizing negative airflow resistance. The fan wiring includes a bi-metal temperature switch that turns on the fan when fluid temperatures reach a specified degree range.

The cooler will guard against excessive overheating, adding years of transmission life, and at a reasonable price. Brazed in state-of-the-art ovens that prevents leakage and make the cooler a single unified piece of aluminum. To be sure, they are pressure-tested it at 175 psi, looking for any cracks or deformities. Then, submerged underwater at 80 psi to ensure no bubbles or leaks are present. Finally, they get coated with a black finish to help withstand corrosion.
