This switch is spliced into the battery cable to provide a direct power shutoff of the electrical system. This cutoff is useful during battery charging or whenever the car is not in use. Continuous Rating: 20amps at 12V/40amps at 6V. Momentary Rating: 125amps at 12V, 250 amps at 6V.
