Cuts cylinder head spring seats to 1.350 diameter / Cuts to .775 inner diameter. For installing larger springs and hardened spring seats on GM Vortec heads. Requires the use of an arbor/pilot, which are available for 5/16, 11/32 and 3/8 valve stem sizes.
