Description
In racing, where thousandth of a second can count, a durometer is used to check on whether a tire has gotten too hard as it has aged, compare different tires hardness and softness against each other, or how a tire responded to a chemical tire softener. This Digital Moroso Durometer is calibrated on a Shore type A scale, which is the scale used to measure the hardness of a race and ultra high performance tires.
