Intended for the high-horsepower street fan, the McLeod RST twin-disc clutch kit is an economically priced twin-disc clutch kit. Able to handle 800hp, this clutch can handle almost any horsepower you can throw at it and still remain street-able. Organic-lined clutch discs will provide smooth engagement with a soft pedal effort to make this clutch kit ideal for the street-only performance enthusiast. This unit is not intended for competition use! Look to our RXT and RXT 1200 for those applications. This series of clutches comes in 3 different configurations to best suit your needs. Adapter ring version. Another McLeod Racing exclusive. We build a twin disc clutch using a patented, approved adapter ring to bolt to your supplied flywheel. Complete Unit with Dedicated Flywheel. No need to search for the clutch as one number and the flywheel as another number. McLeod Racing has you covered with one part number and a complete dedicated unit ready to plug and play. You have the choice of running a Billet Steel flywheel for your street applications or a Billet Aluminum flywheel for your track cars.

The McLeod RST clutch is designed for use with an aluminum flywheel and provides a lighter-than-stock pedal feel thanks to its organic friction facings, which deliver smooth engagement and excellent release characteristics. It bolts to most flywheels and is available with either an aluminum or steel flywheel option, making it a versatile performance clutch for street-driven vehicles.

This clutch fits a wide range of classic Buick and Chevrolet models equipped with engines ranging from 3.8L to 5.7L. Compatible Buick applications include the Apollo (1973-1975), Centurion (1973), Century (1973-1981), Estate Wagon (1970), GS (1970-1971), LeSabre (1968-1973), Regal (1973-1981), Skylark (1968-1979), Special (1968-1969), and Sportwagon (1968-1972). Chevrolet compatibility includes the Bel Air (1957-1972), Biscayne (1958-1972), Brookwood (1969-1972), Camaro (1967-1979), Caprice (1966-1972), Chevelle (1964-1972), Chevy II (1963-1967), Corvette (1957-1974), Del Ray (1958), and El Camino (1959-1974), depending on engine size and model year.
