McLeod Street Extreme Clutch Kit for 1957-1985 GM: Street & Strip Performance

SKU: MCL75324

The Street Extreme is ideal for both the street and the track. We recommend it for cars up to 700 crank Hp/Tq (depending on part number) with moderate engine mods and street tires. The kit is SFI approved. Included is a high clamp load pressure plate, a dual-face ceramic disc for smooth engagement and awesome holding power. Our kits are complete with Pressure Plate, Disc, throw-out bearing (where applicable), pilot bushing (where applicable), and alignment tool.

The McLeod Street Extreme Clutch Kit is a high-performance street and strip upgrade designed for GM applications from 1957-1985. Featuring an 11-inch clutch disc with a 1-1/8" x 10-spline hub, this kit uses a ceramic-lined sprung hub disc to deliver exceptional holding power while maintaining reliable engagement for both street driving and track use. Its rugged construction makes it an excellent choice for performance enthusiasts looking to handle increased horsepower and torque without sacrificing durability.

Engineered for demanding applications, the Street Extreme clutch provides the aggressive grip needed for hard launches and spirited driving while offering the drivability required for regular street use. This kit fits a wide range of classic GM vehicles, including popular Buick models such as the Apollo, Century, Electra, LeSabre, Regal, Skylark, Gran Sport, GS, Wildcat, Special, Sportwagon, Estate Wagon, Centurion, Invicta, and many others equipped with a variety of Buick V6, small-block, big-block, and Buick Nailhead engine combinations. Its proven design delivers the strength and performance needed for both restoration projects and high-performance builds.
