BD's upgraded exhaust manifolds for Ram 6.4L Hemi trucks use extended fasteners and spacers that handle thermal expansion, solving the common manifold bolt failures, and give the heat shield its own mounting points separate from the manifold bolts. The thicker castings are high-silicon ductile iron to resist warping.
