The BD TowMaster Aisin AS69RC transmission package is a heavy-duty replacement for modified 6.7L Cummins Ram 3500-5500 trucks. A hardened billet K2 hub and billet K3 drum correct the AS69RC's common K2 spline wear and primary failure points, while added clutches in the K2, K3 and B1 packs increase torque capacity. An upgraded valve body raises line pressure for better clutch apply, the deep sump pan adds 3.5 quarts for cooling, and nitrile pan and PTO gaskets prevent leaks. An OE-style ProForce torque converter is included.
