The BD TorqueMaster Aisin AS69RC transmission package is built to handle the output of modified 6.7L Cummins engines. A proprietary nitrided billet K2 hub and billet K3 drum eliminate the transmission's primary failure points, billet K2 and K3 pistons add durability, and added clutch capacity in the K2, K3 and B1 packs raises torque capacity. An upgraded valve body increases pressure for firmer clutch apply, the deep sump pan improves cooling, and nitrile gaskets replace leak-prone OEM cork. The package includes a ProForce 10D torque converter with a billet cover and piston.
