BD's Electronic Boost Builder (boost fooler) installs in line with the MAP sensor and keeps the ECM from setting an over-boost trouble code when the turbo makes more boost than stock. That stops the engine from derating and cutting the 50 to 80 horsepower an over-boost code can cost, making it a good match for injector, turbo or tuning upgrades.
