A BDS Suspension lift kit raises your truck or SUV to make room for larger tires and add ground clearance, while correcting the geometry that matters for a good ride and safe handling. Each kit is engineered for the vehicle it fits, with components chosen to restore steering, driveline and suspension angles after the lift. BDS kits are offered with a choice of shock packages, so you can match the ride to how you use your vehicle, from daily driving and towing to trail and off-road use.

This part number is configured with rear lift: Block Kit; shock: FOX 2.0 Performance Series Shocks. Front lift: 5 in (coil-over). Rear lift: 3 in or 4 in (block, leaf spring). Clears tires up to 37 x 12.5. Recommended tire and wheel setups: 37 x 12.5 tires on 17 x 9 wheels with 5 in backspacing; 37 x 12.5 tires on 18 x 9 wheels with 5 in backspacing; 37 x 12.5 tires on 20 x 9 wheels with 5 in backspacing. Estimated installation time is 8-10 hrs, rated difficult. Installation notes: Ford recommends the replacement of the pitman arm nut after each time it has been removed; If installed on a truck with a top-mounted overload spring, with an overload spacer block taller than 1-1/8" UBT4027 (Qty: 4) is required; Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper; If your truck is equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required: BDS123402; Due to the taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net the full advertised lift height. The final ride height will be the same as standard models; Larger tires on the stock wheel are not recommended due to the brake line clearance required. Use recommended specs listed in the wheel and tire fitment section; Minor trimming may be necessary for clearance of 37x12.50 tires on certain wheel setups; Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs; Some trucks with a rear driveline vibration may have a recall from Ford regarding the rear axle. (Safety Recall 21S31) Due to the recall procedure, BDS recommends having this performed prior to installing the lift; Fits SRW models only.
