A BDS Suspension lift kit raises your truck or SUV to make room for larger tires and add ground clearance, while correcting the geometry that matters for a good ride and safe handling. Each kit is engineered for the vehicle it fits, with components chosen to restore steering, driveline and suspension angles after the lift. BDS kits are offered with a choice of shock packages, so you can match the ride to how you use your vehicle, from daily driving and towing to trail and off-road use.
This part number is configured with shock: FOX 2.0 Performance Series Shocks. Front lift: 6 in (coil spring). Rear lift: 5 in (block). Clears tires up to 38 x 13.5. Recommended tire and wheel setups: 38 x 13.5 tires on 20 x 9 wheels with 5 in backspacing; 38 x 13.5 tires on 20 x 10 wheels with 5 in backspacing. Estimated installation time is 6-8 hrs, rated difficult. Installation notes: Due to the taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net the full advertised lift height. The final right height will be the same as standard models; Dually Models Only; The transfer case indexing ring will not fit 6.2L vehicles equipped with the 6R100 transmission; If equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required (BDS123402); 38 x 13.50 tires may require minor trimming; The indexing ring is not designed for manual shift transfer case models. Modification of the shift cable mount will be required.
