A BDS Suspension lift kit raises your truck or SUV to make room for larger tires and add ground clearance, while correcting the geometry that matters for a good ride and safe handling. Each kit is engineered for the vehicle it fits, with components chosen to restore steering, driveline and suspension angles after the lift. BDS kits are offered with a choice of shock packages, so you can match the ride to how you use your vehicle, from daily driving and towing to trail and off-road use.
This part number is configured with rear lift: 4 Inch Block Kit; rear axle: 3-1/2 Inch Axle; shock: NX2 Nitro Series Shocks. Front lift: 6 in (coil spring). Rear lift: 4 in (block, leaf spring). Clears tires up to 36 x 12.5. Recommended tire and wheel setups: 36 x 12.5 tires on 17 x 9 wheels with 5 in backspacing. Estimated installation time is 8 hrs, rated moderate. Installation notes: This truck is available with two different axle sizes, 3.5" or 4". Measure rear axle tube before ordering. Some 4" axle models with dual overloads will require u-bolt 4066; Rear lift options will not fit dually applications; Although unusual, if driveline vibration occurs, order transfer case drop kit available in options or t-case index kit; Power Wagon applications require sway bar link kit #122401. The Power Wagon has a 2" taller ride height, so net lift gain will be 4".
