A BDS Suspension lift kit raises your truck or SUV to make room for larger tires and add ground clearance, while correcting the geometry that matters for a good ride and safe handling. Each kit is engineered for the vehicle it fits, with components chosen to restore steering, driveline and suspension angles after the lift. BDS kits are offered with a choice of shock packages, so you can match the ride to how you use your vehicle, from daily driving and towing to trail and off-road use.

This part number is configured with rear lift: Block Kit. Front lift: 6.5 in (cross-member). Rear lift: 5 in (block, leaf spring). Clears tires up to 35 x 12.5. Recommended tire and wheel setups: 35 x 12.5 tires on 16 x 8 wheels with 4.5 in backspacing; 35 x 12.5 tires on 17 x 9 wheels with 5.5 in backspacing; 35 x 12.5 tires on 20 x 9 wheels with 5.75 in backspacing. Estimated installation time is 8-10 hrs, rated difficult. Installation notes: Torsion Bar tool required to load/unload the torsion bars; Some welding required; Requires frame bracket modification and differential mount modification; Traction bars will not fit standard cab/short box models and are designed to work on vehicles with 4" to 8" of lift; 20" wheels with 5" to 5.75" backspacing recommended to reduce trimming; Not Recommended for Suburban / Yukon models with AutoTrac Transfer Case; Does NOT work with rear Autoride equipped SUV's.
