Red Line 10WT Drag Race Oil (0W10) is multi-grade & has detergents to improve lubricity & lower detonation, Polyol ester base stocks for stability/film strength when exposed to excess fuel dilution, & at least 2200ppm of ZDDP for antiwear.
Red Line 10WT Drag Race Oil (0W10) is used by many NHRA Pro Stock teams for dyno testing and is popular in IHRA Pro Stock, Top Sportsman (normally aspirated), ADRL Extreme Pro Stock and NHRA Competition Eliminator. It is reformulated with special detergents for improved frictional properties and lubricity with less detonation. The polyol ester based stocks provide more stability and film strength when exposed to excess fuel dilution. Remember to change these oils more frequently than regular motor oils. Racing oils provide more wear protection than motor oils for passenger vehicles, however, these products contain fewer detergents and are not suitable for street use.
