Made in USA. Melling high performance oil pumps provide dependable performance every time in every application under the toughest RPM conditions. The 10396 comes with a high pressure spring installed and a standard pressure spring in the box. The housing and cover are CNC machined and hard coat anodized for wear protection. Every Melling high performance oil pump is individually tested for pressure and flow under actual engine operating conditions.
