From street engines to circle track and drag race builds, Melling high performance valve springs are designed to keep the valves under control as cam lift and RPM go up. These springs are made from high-tensile alloy for strength and fatigue resistance, then heat treated and shot peened to hold up under heat and load. Each spring is precision wound to tight tolerances for consistent pressure and dependable valve control with aggressive cam profiles.

Part number 466654 is a chrome silicon dual spring rated at 430 psi open pressure, with a 1.850 inch installed height and 1.250 inch open height.
