This head gasket is a direct replacement for use with our 5.9L Freedom Series Performance Cylinder Head (P/N: FPE-61-10006).  Reference our machining and installation instructions if you are using this fire ring head gasket with any other replacement cylinder heads.   FEATURES Multi-layer steel construction 0.105" stainless steel fire rings Meets or exceeds OE specifications APPLICATION NOTES Reference machining and installation instructions when utilizing this head gasket.
