Ford 6R80 Level 4 is designed for Ford Modular engines using a 3-bolt style starter & 2WD applications. This is a Ford 6-speed automatic transmission and a custom billet Yank Performance Torque Converter package. This is a computer-controlled transmission and will require a standalone transmission controller unless it is going into a factory application.
