Powermaster XS Torque starters deliver up to 200 ft.-lbs. of cranking torque through a 4.4:1 gear reduction, rated for engines up to 18:1 compression, in a lightweight package that's ideal where heat soak or header clearance is a concern. This 12-volt, black-finish version fits 1932-1952 Ford Flathead V8s with the OE steel flywheel.
