PPE transmission upgrade kits combine a valve body recalibration kit, which raises line pressure to the clutch packs for more holding capacity without changing shift points, with a converter flow valve, upgraded clutches, Kolene steels and gaskets. They're built for drag racing, sled pulling and heavy towing on modified Duramax trucks. The Stage5 kit is rated for 1,200+ crank horsepower (1,000+ RWHP) and 1,800+ lb-ft.
