Each stud is heat treated before being centerless ground and thread rolled, which effectively reduces stress concentration and results in a much higher fatigue resistance. Broaching of studs is performed via EDM to ensure top-level precision. All studs and nuts come with a oxide finish.
Each kit comes complete with everything you need for installation, including assembly grease packet for uniform load distribution and accurate torque readings.
