The PPE air-to-water intercooler is engineered to outperform the factory unit by maximizing heat rejection, airflow efficiency and strength under boost. A 50% larger all-aluminum bar-and-plate core adds thermal mass and heat-transfer surface, and a re-engineered coolant flow path extracts heat more evenly across the core. TIG-welded construction with reinforced, flow-optimized cast aluminum end tanks cuts pressure drop by 63%, so the turbo works more efficiently. The result is lower intake air temperatures, lower EGTs, better combustion efficiency and fuel economy. This complete bolt-on kit includes brushed 304 stainless charge pipes and all hardware.
