The stock cast aluminum intake manifold on the Ford 6.7L Power Stroke is a well-known performance bottleneck. The PPE Zilla intake manifold uses large 3.25-inch stainless steel tubing and hydroformed runners and eliminates the restrictive EGR inlet swirl, for a 69% higher maximum flow rate than stock. On the turbo side, a fully round 4-inch stainless steel turbo inlet pairs with a dry carbon fiber airbox duct and replaces the factory two-chamber plastic resonator. A redesigned stainless EGR pipe, gaskets and oil-resistant couplers are included.
