The Pow-R-Surge Premium battery with A3 Technology is a maintenance-free flooded automotive starting battery. Pow-R-Surge batteries are made in the USA by East Penn Manufacturing, in the world's largest single-site battery plant, with more than 250 quality control checks built into the line.

Part number 578DT is a BCI Group 34/78 battery with 600 cold cranking amps and 90 minutes of reserve capacity.
