Pow-R-Surge batteries are made in the USA by East Penn Manufacturing, in the world's largest single-site battery plant, with more than 250 quality control checks built into the line.

Part number 7T31 is a BCI Group 31 battery with 730 cold cranking amps and 190 minutes of reserve capacity.
