The GM transmission tuning course is a combination of knowledge for tuning GM 4, 6, 8, and 10 speed automatic transmissions. 

With a brand new learning and tuning innovation, you get to pick your process (Mild, Moderate, Aggressive or Towing) which keeps you in the driver's seat during your learning journey.

The printed course is divided up into separate processes for tuning each transmission, which includes Torque Management, Shift times, Shift firmness, shift points and feel.


We also guide you through setting up the VCM scanner, so you can log the parameters needed to understand what's happening with the transmission, including line pressures, shift times and converter slip.


Since the introduction of the original 6 Speed tuning course back in 2008, many customers have experienced the huge improvements in driveability, performance and longevity offered through retuning these transmissions.  This is one of the best improvements you can make to any GM vehicle with an automatic.
